Step 1 – Opening Meeting

This is used to obtain a clear view the overall situation including an overview of the corporate objectives & challenges:

  • Key Initial priorities
  • Longer term focus
  • Timescale for development
  • Definition of success

Step 2 – Development of action plan:

  • Discussion to approve the draft plan created by INTUITION
  • Formalization of the specific areas to be considered initially
  • Definition of the programme of consultations (normally more intensive initially)
  • Duration (Initial period is defined but flexible if an extension to include additional support)

Step 3 – Execution of the action plan as per the programme of consultations

  • Detailed analysis the of the key priorities
  • Definition of the immediate next steps for each element
  • Mitigation action in respect of each item in line with the plan timetable
  • Follow up & feedback of progress on all outstanding action points (Frequency variable but defined to ensure momentum is optimized.
  • Feedback to the sponsor & senior management as per period requested, except when immediate advices are appropriate
  • Reappraisal, as appropriate, of areas of focus

Step 4 – Periodic evaluation on level of Success

  • Monthly agreement on the level of the monthly & overall level of success achieved
  • Definition of outstanding action to complete the initiative 100%

Step 5 – Review of any additional or future action desirable

  • An essential part of successful continuous development is consistent review & improvement.

  • Outline any outstanding issues still to be completed
  • Suggest potential actions for the future

(b) Initiative Review Meeting

This provides the Client & INTUITION with the opportunity to:
  • Discuss the above report & all other relevant issues.
  • Agree any further actions still necessary to complete the current program
  • Consider the benefits of entering into an additional support initiative in respect of:
    • KEY future needs
    • Secondary, but still "Nice to Have" capability in the future
    • Define the timescale for INTUITION deliver an additional initiative proposal
