Step 1 – Opening Meeting

To gain a clear view of the challenges this meeting will include focus on:

An initial assessment in respect the executives current level of language ability

  • Clarification of the overall objectives
  • Identification of areas of existing doubt & elements that are of interest to learn
  • Key initial priorities
  • Longer term focus
  • Definition of success

Step 2 – Development of Personalized Action Plan:

  • Discussion to approve the draft plan created by INTUITION
  • Formalization of the specific areas to be considered initially
  • Frequency and length of the sessions class are defined in line with the size of the challenges & the urgency of the client
  • Duration (Initial period is defined, but is flexible if the scope is widened, or if additional support is requested)

Step 3 – Execution of the Action Plan

  • Focus on completing the key priorities
  • Definition of the immediate next steps for each element
  • Constant follow up & feedback of progress on all outstanding action points
  • Reappraisal, as appropriate, on the areas of focus

Step 4 – Level of success

  • Monthly agreement on the level of monthly / overall level of success achieved
  • Definition of outstanding action to complete the initiative 100%

Step 5 – Review of any additional or future action desirable

  • An essential part of successful continuous development is consistent review & improvement.

COURSE CONTENT

Each development session will contain a combination of activities to enhance the following skills:

  • Business Knowledge & Personal Awareness
  • Speaking
  • Writing
  • Listening
  • Reading

The focus in each session will include a combination of:

  • "Foundations", or grammatical input.
  • "Bricks" or "Key Vocabulary" section
  • Daily theme to consolidate knowledge on scheduled topics
  • Practical exercises to increase the daily effectiveness
  • Follow up on previous areas of focus
  • 5 practical phrases to be supplied by the executive. These will be reviewed, corrected where necessary, & discussed

(a) Summary Document

A discussion document will be produced by INTUITION. The objectives are to:
  • Record the "Lessons Learned"
  • Highlight the KEY successes enjoyed
  • Outline any outstanding issues still to be completed
  • Suggest potential actions for the future

(b) Initiative Review Meeting

This provides the Client & INTUITION with the opportunity to:
  • Discuss the above report & all other relevant issues.
  • Agree any further actions still necessary to complete the current program
  • Consider the benefits of entering into an additional support initiative in respect of:
    • KEY future needs
    • Secondary, but still "Nice to Have" capability in the future
    • Define the timescale for INTUITION deliver an additional initiative proposal
